Where can it be used?
It can be used on the abdomen as well as on the waist, shoulders, pelvis, and knees.
How long should it be used?
It is recommended to use it for 30~60 minutes per session, 1~3 times a day. The default intensity is level 3.
Are there any precautions?
Do not expose the LED light directly to the eyes.
